On the Spokane Indian Reservation, NE Washington state,USA

Found this little angel off to the side of the road on the Mount Baker Highway in Whatcom County Washington about 10 years ago.. All by herself and there for no apparent reason.

I’ve been nriding my bicycle on this road for 14 years and just noticed this today.
