A truly fascinating cemetery with almost 29 immigrant groups represented, it still impresses one hundred years after Royslyn, Wa. claimed fame as the site of TV’s ‘Northern Exposure’.

Seen Near Olympia Washington,USA at my most recent event as a vendor of pet products. I was at a festival on the grounds of St.Martins an order of the Benedictine Monks. Most of the visitors were lay people…but I caught these two monks,
..the only ones I saw ,walking past on early Sunday morn before the opening of the festival.
This little cemetery was established in the early 1600’s.
The antelope are strange people … they are beautiful to look at, and yet they are tricky. We do not trust them. They appear and disappear; they are like shadows on the plains. Because of their great beauty, young men sometimes follow the antelope and are lost forever. Even if those foolish ones find themselves and return, they are never again right in their heads.
