The Maryhill museum in Goldendale,Washington, an eclectic collection of art including Rodin sculptures and drawings. Set in the windy chasm of the Columbia River Gorge,it's surrounded by gigantic, surreal white wind turbines,rangeland,ranches and cows. Way cool! http://www.maryhillmuseum.org/

Seen on a recent trip over the phenomenally majestic North Cascade mountain range that separates eastern and western Washington state. Geologically these mountains are the newest in the US and are a training ground for climbers from around the world.
