I can feel both the cold of the place and the warmth of the unseen sun. For me there’s also an interesting concept of the two trees being there for each other, sheltering each other. Sort of a “We need each other” theme. It also looks like the tallest tree is looking over the ridge almost as to see what is out there. Hope.
